The Chinese War Sword features a 23 1/4" sharpened (7/32" thick) 1050 high carbon steel blade with blood groove, and extra broad to insure maximum sheathing power. This is a well-balanced, battle ready weapon that is extremely fast and agile. The handle has an "S" shaped guard with steel ring shaped pommel and is long enough to accommodate a full two handed grip, featuring Black cord wrapped construction with black coated steel guard and ring pommel. Black and brown leather scabbard. Overall length: 37 3/4". Weight: 57.7 oz.
