The exciting new 2006 Konjo fixed blade features a precision ground, mirror-polish 5.00 in. San Mai III steel blade with reinforced Tanto point, vacuum heat-treated and sub zero quenched for maximum strength, toughness and edge retention. The handles are 4.25 in. highly polished Black Linen Micarta handle. Comes complete with a sheath. Konjo is a Japanese term that would roughly translate in American to "Guts". It suggests courage under adversity, intestinal fortitute and a dogged tenacity in the face of physical harsdhip, pain or danger. This best describes this knife, which was inspired by well-known custom knife maker, Bud Nealy.
