This knife is Mike Stewart's personal design of his favorite rendition in a Bushcraft Knife for all around use in the Field. This is a Substantial Knife but not too big to actually have with you for Bushcraft. The handle should be comfortable for any size hand and is contoured for a Sure Positive Grip--No matter how you hold it. The Convex Grind will give you maximum Cutting Power and easily Baton through wood. Bark River took their time developing this knife and Field Tested Prototypes for over a year before they finalized the knife. The Aurora has been their Flagship large woods knife since it's introduction. The Sheath is Bark River's Bushcraft Style with the Loop for the Fire Steel. Reid is making a new sheath using our current leather from new tooling that will fit the knives better. The handle features the handsome Green Canvas Micarta, which is impervious to oil, blood, heat and moisture. Made in U.S.A.
